Substitutions:

Occassionally, we must substitute an item in our Theme Packs or Monthly Kits. This can occur due to back ordered items from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Therefore, if we must substitute a product you will ALWAYS receive an item of equal or greater value and it will ALWAYS coordinate with the other products in your kit.

Returns:

Your purchase can be returned as long as ALL materials in are still in the condition in which they were received. What you need to do is email us to let us know you want to return and why. You will need to package the materials appropriately and ship back to us at your expense. Upon receipt, you will receive a store credit or a refund.
