A Usually, it will be shipped by the 1st day of the month. Our plan is that you have it in your hands by the first week of the month. An example, December's kit will ship on or before December 1st. Exceptions include holidays and weekends. Q When do regular purchases ship? A Normally, your order will ship the next business day. However, there are exceptions when you order may not ship until 2 or 3 days from order date. A We ship using the United States Postal Service and ship Priority Mail. Q What do I do if I do not like my kit or order after I receive it? A Your purchase can be returned as long as ALL materials in are still in the condition in which they were received. What you need to do is email us to let us know you want to return and why. You will need to package the materials appropriately and ship back to us at your expense. Upon receipt, you will receive a store credit or a refund. Q I received my kit or order but I am missing something. A We do not like to make mistakes but unfortunately sometimes they happen. If your order or kit is missing something please email us right away. We will send your missing items to you on the next business day. Q I need to talk with someone about an order. Who do I contact? A It is preferred that you contact me via email. However, if necessary you may also contact me by phone 630-918-1980 and I will return your call within 24 hours. Q I signed up for the Monthly Kit Club. Do I need to do something every month or is it just sent? A Because we offer 2 kits you will need to actually place an order to choose the kit you wish to receive. If you ordered the Colossal Kit and wish to receive the Colossal Kit for the remainder of your subscription you can have it "auto shipped". HOWEVER, you must email and let us know that this is how you want it handled .
Q Deferred Billing
A Do you want to purchase a Monthly Kit and pay for it later in the month? It is possible by using a coupon code. However, if you defer billing by using the coupon code you are making a committment to Paper Popsicles that you will pay for the Kit when you receive your invoice/money request. You will receive an invoice about 10 days before the end of the month. This invoice is generated by PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to purchase. When checking out watch for the area in that asks if you want to redeem a coupon and enter the code there. The codes are 25FEB for the $25.00 kits or 45FEB for Colossal kit. HOWEVER, if you don't pay for the Kit(s) you ordered by the 28th day of the month, your Kit(s) will be made available for sale again, unless other arrangements have been made.
